sexual characteristics began to develop in both males and females. makes produce testosterone whereas females produce oestrogen. makes develop beard, hair in legs and armpits voice loudens and in females breasts develop, they undergo menstruation

is under EFFECT OF PUBERTY.

- It is a age where Most shape changes also with internal and external change..

- Growing of hair around pubic areas (man + woman), Increase in size of Mammary glands, Increase in size of Buttocks..
- Growth of Beard and moustache in man..

- Internally:-
- Increase in release of Sex hormones
- GH hormone secretion
- Development of Full body initiates
