The changes occur in Amoeba to survive in adverse conditions is Cyst. In adverse condition, there is no food for Amoeba. In that situation, there is a formation called a cyst to avoid that situation. Multiple Fission process takes place.

suitable conditions aane pr cyst break ho jaayegi or amoeba free ho jayega...
