1)Robespierre followed a policy of sever control and punishment. All those whom he saw as being enemies of the republic were arrested ,imprisoned,and then tried by a revolutionary tribunal. If they were fiund guilty they were guillotined.
2)His government issued laws placing a. maximum ceiling on wages and prices. Meat and bread were rationed. Peseants were firced ti transport their grains to the cities and sell them at prices fixed by government.
