I would modify the environment of my school in such a way that children really enjoy coming here...
I would also change the education process and introduce fun with learning ......Teach children not only academics but also how to fight and withstand difficult situations or adversaries.. Also help them to build a good character and teach them moral values like integrity.. and finally make sure that they become good human beings and not proud ones.... I would also give permission to pupils of my school to hold different competions and encourage children to participate so that they find it easy to mingle with people when they go out...
