The characteristics of a solid object which is responsible for their structure are;

1)Bonding patterns between atoms:

It is one of the most important factors which decides the ultimate physical structure of a particular solid object.The stronger bond pattern means the more solid object.

2)Amount of kinetic energy it can absorb before breaking:

A solid object is defined by it's incredible break-resistant ability.The more amount of kinetic energy needed for breaking an object means the more solid the object is.

"1. Bonding patterns with atoms

The degree of tightness with which the atoms or molecules are packed together decides the characteristics of a solid.

If the molecules are most loosely packed, it will be gas and If it is tightly packed, it will be solid.and liquid if it stays in between them.

2. Types of matter in solid

And the material with which the solid is made up of also determines the characteristics of a soli."
