In the sixth stage man becomes quite old and physically weak. He usually stays
at home wearing slippers, spectacles on his nose; wrinkles appear on his cheeks
and the skin hangs loosely on them. His pantaloons (a type of tight trousers)
that fitted him so well a few years ago, become very loose as he grows weak. After this stage man enters his last stage of life.

Assuming that the question is relative to William Shakespeare's writing, 'The Seven Ages Of Man', I am giving the answer.
Shakespeare says that the 7 stages of life are - Infancy, school-going age, teenager, youth, middle-aged, old person, and death.
According to Shakespeare, the 6th stage of life is a shadow of his youth. There is nothing about the person like how he was in his youth or young age. He slips off his influence and loses his authority, starts talking, behaving and dressing up like an old person. The legs and calf muscles shrink, the skin becomes loose and frail, the person becomes weak, fragile, and high pitched, wear loose clothes and footwear, spectacles etc.
