When charley reach the third level he thought that he was in second level but the rooms are smaller, few ticket windows are available,information booth is looking old.He saw the man in ticket window who dressed differently.The lights were dim and flickering.He also saw some open gaslights. people around him was very different apart him.They dressed like people in  mid 19th century. To make sure he went to a newsboy and glanced the stack of papers at his feet.He notice that printed date was 11 june 1894. He turned towards windows knowing that he is on the third level of grand central station. The ticket giver consider charley as thief because the money that charley have is different from the the third level station. Charley find very difficult to escape from third level. Next day charley notice there only two levels in grand central station it is very strange thing to charley
