A bank can end its relationship with a customer at any time, just as a customer can move to anotherbank at any time. ... Banks areunder no obligation to continue doing business with a person or company, but they should not closean account without good reason.
There are two basic reasons for a bank to close account: it doesnt expect to make money on it, or its afraid of being liable for some fraud or money laundering you might be doing.

when costomer not repay the lone which he had taken from the bank or not giving the regular installments then the banker has to close the account
