Hello!

A Universal Indicator is a pH Indicator composed of a solution of several compounds that shows colour changes over a changing pH value.

Following colours are obtained at different pH values :-

• pH less than 3 - Red
• pH 3 to 6 - Orange or Yellow
• pH = 7 - Green
• pH 8 to 11 - Blue
• pH more than 11 - Indigo

Then,
HCl ( pH = 1 ) will turn the Indicator \boxed{\sf RED}

Cheers!
