When try to understand why there is silence or from the voice is coming

nivas95: The brain creates noise to fill the silence, and we hear this as tinnitus. ... And so the brain starts generating its own activity in that pathway, and the result can be ringing, or buzzing, or humming—all of which fall under the catchall term “tinnitus.”

When you hear the word noise, your mind at times tends to get worked up. The mind worries continuously about why the noise occured. In other words, your mind is disturbed and you will not be able to focus on what you are doing.

When you hear the word silence, your mind reacts just the opposite of how it did to noise. It remains relaxed with a composed and calm feeling. The mind is at ease and allows you to focus completely on what you are doing.
