What comes into your mind when you hear the word entrepreneur?

Visionary idiot. People who just want to own and operate their own small business call themselves business owners; but entrepreneurs, ah, those are a different breed altogether. They have a plan to change the world, and all it needs is investors - and once they have their investors, they’ll operate a deranged quasi-business for three years or so, paying themselves an executive salary all the while before they fold without bringing a product to market. Then they’ll have another bright idea and go get more investment capital. They’re not EXACTLY con men, since they sort of have to believe at least part of their own spiel in order to sell it to venture capitalists and banks - but getting money out of VCs is the only skill I’d assume they possess
