In a position time graph slope of the line gives velocity.
(i)
Slope of line horizontal to time axis is zero. Hence velocity of object is zero. Object is at REST.
(ii)
Slope of the line 45° to time axis is 1. Hence velocity of object is 1 m/s. (if x and t are in metres and seconds respectively). Velocity is constant throughout the motion. Object is moving with UNIFORM velocity.
