Conclusion of these two examples are as follows:-

1) In Belgium, regional diversity was respected and the constitution was amended 4 times to overcome the problem regarding ethnic groups.Dutch people who were in majority in the Country were in minority in the capital city i.e. Brussels..

2) In Sri Lanka, the Government jobs and University enrollments were given to Sinhala speakers.Sinhalese was choosen as official Language.Buddhism was fostered disregarding other groups..

# All the amendments were hard to understand but helped to handle the diversity..but in Sri Lanka, ethnic groups except Sinhala were disregarded which led to Civil War..
