Direction:- From positive to negative terminal of a battery.

Explanation:-

An electric current is the flow of electrons from negative terminal to positive terminal of battery by applying a potential difference.

When we apply a potential difference in a circuit the electrons experienced a force and start drifting from negative terminal to positive terminal of a battery .

And electric current flow through positive to negative terminal of a battery i.e, opposite in direction of flow of electrons and also known as conventional current.

The constituent of electric current is electrons .

  • The direction of electric current → From positive to Negative terminal of a battery .

  • The direction of flow of electrons is always opposite to the direction of flow of electric current. i.e, From negative to positive terminal of a battery.
