A magnetic field is the magnetic effect of electric currents and magnetic materials. The magnetic fieldat any given point is specified by both a direction and a magnitude (or strength); as such it is a vector field.

Answer:

The magnetic field is created by the magnet or when  a charged particle is moving with some velocity in both  cases they produce a magnetic field around them. The  magnetic field is due to the current or magnetic material.
