Damage to the dorsal columns including cuneatus, fasciculus gracilis and bilaterally, causes the absence of light touch, position sense, vibration, and bilaterally, from the neck down.

Even it is also damage to the lateral corticospinal tracts because upper motor neuron signs, bilaterally, below the lesion level.
