frm my points of view, the frend who's parents are not allowing shud go n tok to her parents calmly and request them to let her go. even if the parents don't agree then she shud w8 for the ryt tym to cm. by the tym she cud prove her parents by doing well in studies by doing so there are chances that her parents myt agree. the need is to be patient. she shud not irritate her parents by requesting them so many tyms . even if now the parents don't agree then she shud realise that there shud be a cause behind her parent's decision and dhe shud respect that.
