what could be the consequence of not fumigating and drying of the granaries ?

If the granaries are not dried then there can be a growth of fungus which can waste the crop produce .
If the granaries are not fumigated then there can be an attack of pest which damages the grains and makes it waste .
Drying and fumigation should be carried out properly untill the dispatch to protect the grains.
