After the boys returned the horse to John Byro. He was filled with joy and said that the horse was stronger than ever and also better tempered. That was possible as the boys loved the horse and had taken good care of it.

Explanation:

The horse was stronger and better-tempered as Mourad had taken great care of the horse. He had fed it liberally at the barn where he hid it. He had also groomed and trained it with more care. So Mourad's tending and keeping it had made it stronger and bettered-tempered.  John byro found that his horse was stronger than ever and better tempered after it was returned to him, which was the work of Mourad. To John Byro's surprise, the horse was even stronger and healthier.

The primary message of the story, The Summer of the Beautiful Horse, is that despite social or economic challenges, there are some truths that are absolute and should be practiced under and all conditioned. It is undeniable that the story is set within a family that is poor.
