- DUE TO ILLETERACY, THEY ARE DIFFRENTIATED WITH LITERATE FROM TOWNS AND CITIES.
- THE FORMATION IS DUE TO INCREASE IN NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN POOR SECTION DUE TO WHICH MORE SLUMS ARE BEING FORMED.
