what countries has agreed to accept the payment of export of oil and petroleum products to India,in rupee terms instead of dollar or any other currency?

The answer to your question is IRAN. Iran has agreed to take payments for oil & petroleum in rupees after all western countries, including US has blocked all other payment gateways.

The Indian government remit the money via Kolkata based UCO bank according to TOI sources. Iran has agreed to take full payment in rupees due to sanctions against the Persian Gulf countries.

Even Tehran has agreed to take overdue amount in rupees.
