It has to be North Korea. North Korea’s President Kim Sung 2 was declared eternal president of North Korea in 1998.
The republic of North Korea amended its constitution in 1998 to declare Kim Sung 2 as eternal President of North Korea after his death in the year 1994.
His body has been embalmed and kept in the Presidential Palace in Pyongyang.
