What criteria do we use to see whether something is alive ?

We will check that one's heart beat and pulse are working or not in humans generally. and when we went to some animals or insects, we will check whether the organism is moving or not that may be a small movement too. and in tree we will check about the condition of leaves, if they are good we can say that it's condition is good and if they were become pale or dry, which are attached to whole plan, we can consider it as a died plant

♤ Whether there is a movement

♤ Respiration

♤ Respond to stimuli

♤ Exhibits growth & development

♤ It remove its metabolic wastes
