Solution :

Potential difference across the circuit , V = 110 V

Resistance of the hair dryer , R = 25 Ω

Current flows through the hair dryer , I = ? A

We know that , " Potential difference across the circuit is directly proportional to the current flowing through it "

➠ V ∝ I

V = IR

➠ 110 = I (25)

I = 4.4 A  \pink{\bigstar}

Current flows through the circuit is 4.4 A .
