The reactivity of an element is determined by following factors-

1-electronegetivity-tendency to attract the shared electron pair which is highest in F>O>Cl>/=N>Br>S>C>I>P>/=H

2-oxidising and reducing proporties

3-electron affinity-element with greater electron affinity will be able to take the electron easily.

4-atomic size - element with greater atomic size is capable of donating electrons easily.
