Hye!

_____________

◾❕Inertia is the property of the matter that makes the newton's first law of motion hold true .

◾❕Amount of inertia is directly proportional to the mass of the object .

◾❕Inertia of the body also depends upon the acceleration .

◾❕Inertia also cause changes in the velocity of the body .

mehak011111: two objects of masses 100g and 200g are moving along the same line and direction with velocities of 2m/s and 1m/s, ,respectively. They collid and after the collision, the first object moves at a velocity of 1.67m /s. Determine the velocity of the second object

⭕The inertia means that if a body is in rest, it will remain in rest until an external unbalanced force is applied on it and if a body is motion, it will remain in motion until an external unbalanced force is applied on it.

⭕Inertia is that property that makes the Newton's first law of motion. Newton's first law is known as law of inertia.

⭕The inertia of an object is directly proportional to its mass that means if the mass of an object will increase, the inertia will also increase and if the mass of an object will decrease then the inertia will also decrease.
