The gentleman who runs the place is very friendly and welcoming. The Alexander is located about a 25 minute walk from downtown Swansea or an easy bus ride (for £4 you can ride any bus all day). It is located in a neighborhood with restaurants and other businesses.
My room was very small, but adequate for my needs. It was a pleasant place to sleep. The other rooms are bigger. Mine was a bargain.
The home cooked breakfast was fabulous, but didn’t start till 8:00.
