when ausable saw max in his room he knew something was fishy and cooked an imaginary story to baffle max , earlier he had ordered the waiter to deliver some refreshments to his room and hence when waiter came he said to max it was police as a security for the important document so max jumped out of the window into the balcony about which ausable mentioned earlier, although there was no balcony, it was just a plan to trick max .......
