he meant that in politics everyone will get eaual oprtunity to represent themselves ...and in social and economic life their will be inequality to give opportunity to the backward classes ..what unfair things done to backward classes will not be continued and they will get certain privileges.........hope you understood and its helpful...

he means that in politics people have equal rights. to get justice.but in social and economic life always the backwards r the sufferer.and the citizens of India doesn't have any rights related to social issues....
