❶  Dr. BR Ambedkar was the chairman of the drafting comittee of Indian constitution

❷  Dr. BR Ambedkar pointed out that political democracy had to be accompanied by social and economic democracy

❸ Giving right to vote would not automatically remove inequality such as between rich and poor or between lower cast and upper cast

❹  In politics we will be recogonising the principle of one man , one vote and one value .
