Mr.Easton was an ambassador in Washington. Miss Fairchild asked Easton why would he leave such a promising job and come to the west.
As Mr.Easton says that his " butterfly days are over" ....miss Fairchild thinks that he is referring to himself having a lot of work as a so called Marshall while the truth is that his butterfly days are over because he was being arrested for counterfeiting and his sentence was for 7 years .....this is y miss Fairchild wasn't likely to see Easton in Washington soon.....

Said that Easton is missed amazing among friends. Easton not likely to return bcz he was going to Leavenworth prison.
