Frantz found so unusual about the school that morning because when he entered the school it was very quite the sound of beating the ruler on the desk didn't came that day.When he entered the classroom he was quite afraid because he had not prepared for the test and he was late too....we would get punishment for getting late as always ,but this time it didn't happen the teacher allowed him to enter .His teacher had also wore the clothes that he used to wear o school function or any other important occasion and he was silent too.

that morning the view in school was so strangefor Franz as the class was very quite even the sound of the teacher beating the ruler on the desk was missing.
he saw that his teacher , M.Hamel, was wearing his beautiful green coat, his frilled shirt and the little black silk cap, all embroidered, which he usually wore at times of inspection or prize days.
He also saw that the last benches of the classroom ehich used to be empty were not empty that day instead the people of the village were sitting in those benches.
