Nehru was a person having a great knowledge of history. He had thoroughly read the history of India and found Dr.Ambedkar as the greatest leader of lower class.
He can only be compared with mahatma budha and kabir.
He was a revolutionary in a term that he gave a light of hope for the dalits, he made them believe that they can also revive from their centuries long degraded conditions.
Don't you think that revival of one five of Hindu population as a revolution? if yes than who will be the leader of this revolution? ofcourse Baba Saheb Ambedkar is that revolutionary.
