what did lencho write in his second letter ?

He wrote in his second letter that he didn't get 100 pesos, Instead he only get 75 pesos. he demand god not to send money next time with post. and he also calls that post-office employees are a bunch of crooks.

When lencho open his letter ,he knows that it is sent by GOD and he counted the rupees .But there is only 70 rupees he has found . he think remaining rupees taken by post office workers Then he write second letter to God that- Please sent rest of the rupees directly to me not through post office because there is a bunch of crooks they have to take them also
