She was thinking about the old schools they had when her grandfather's grandfather was a little boy. All the kids from the whole neighbourhoods came laughing and shouting in the schoolyard, sitting together in the schoolroom, going home together at the end of the day. they learned the same things so that they could help one another with the home work and talk about it. So that was the only advantage which she was feeling disappointed about.

Answer :
In the short story 'The Fun They Had' by Isaac Asimov, Margie went to her schoolroom where the mechanical teacher was waiting to teach her. She hated school and put her homework in the correct slot with a sigh as she was thinking about the fun that the students had in the old system of schooling.
Margie was hoping that the County Inspector would take away her mechanical teacher due to its technical fault. Tommy's mechanical teacher had once been taken away for a whole month as its history section had completely blanked out. However, to her displeasure and disappointment, the County Inspector was successful in slowing down the geography sector of her mechanical teacher to her mental level.
