what did miss packletide intend to do with the tiger skin and clauss

She decided to give that to loona bimberton at her party

Miss Packletide decided to give the tiger brooches and claws she obtained from a tiger which she hunted to Miss Loona Bimberton.

Mrs. Packletide was very jealous of Loona Bimberton at the starting of story as she had hunted a tiger with an Algerian aviator and also flew 11 miles in the sky with him. To out way her, Mrs. Packletide decided to hunt a tiger and present the tiger brooches and skin to Loona Bimberton on her birthday party that was arriving at a week.

This was the main motive for acquiring the tiger skin and claws.
