When the narrator went to the British museum he saw a book in which all the names of diseases was written in alphabetical order.He checked the prescription one by one and came to know that he had all the diseases present in that book, except house maid's knee.After reading them he went to the doctor and told that everything was wrong with him the only thing that is not wrong is that he doesn't have housemaids knee.He thinks that he is a hospital in himself and the students would not want to walk the hospital if they had him.The doctor writes a prescription and gives him.
