Explanation:

Why we should be polite to our servants ?

"A gentleman isn't defined by the bank balance he has, but is defined by the etiquette's he hold."

In this fast pacing world, where everyone is busy with their professions, we aren't able to spare time for household chores and hence we become dependent on our servants.

We indulge ourselves in our work so much that some of us even forget that the people who are looking over our chores are humans as well.

We all deserve to be loved and respected.

Respect does not depend on the status of people.

Respect does not depend on the profession of people.

Respect does not depend on any criteria which is formed by humans.

Who are we to categorize people when we all are children of God ?

Respect only depends on deeds and behavior.

We all are dependent on each other for one or the other things.

Imagine yourself being treated rudely and unfairly by someone. Let it be your boss. Will you like it? NO. Then how can you expect others to like your rude behavior as well?

Your manners portray who you are. Even if you are from an educated family, if you don't know how to treat others well, irrespective of their caste, creed, color, profession, social status; Then I am sorry to say that you fail the test of humanity.

The more grounded you will be, the more you will be concerned about your near and dear ones including your servants who work for you, the more you will respect them and their work; the more you will get blessings, respect, and love in return.

It is true when we say money cannot buy everything. Some things are meant to be learnt and not bought.

So respect those who work for you, be polite to them, ask them if they are in need of some support or not, try to understand them, as age doesn't define maturity; but sensitivity, manners, the way you react to situation does.

Explanation:

According to police, Sharmila, the mastermind behind the theft, had been a servant at Abdul Rasheed’s house for more than a month. It was Sharmila who had given the key of the front door of the house to her accomplices, Sreejith and Rafi, to make a duplicate of it. On May 22, Sharmila called Rafi on her mobile phone and told him that there was no one at the house
