Answer:

Shylock told about Antonio's abusive behaviour towards him such a calling him a cut throat dog, spitting in his Jewish gaberdine to justify his anger and motive of revenge that he feels towards Antonio.

Shylock agreed to give the money i.e three thousand ducats to Bassanio because this was his oppurtunity to feed fat his ancient grudge towards Antonio. He wants to take revenge for the injustices meted upon him by Antonio and therefore plans to make him sign on a deal that he refers to as a "merry sport" which states if Antonio fails to pay him the required money within a certain time period then he would take a pound of flesh from any part of his body that he chooses as his penalty.

Answer:

Shylock tells about Antonio's behaviour towards himself that he abuses him in a place where most merchants get together , he used to abuse his business deals and his hard earned profits which Antonio used to call by the name of interest. Also Shylock tells that he hate his holy race ( Jew ).

He agreed to give money inspite this because he found way to take revenge of all his abuses by Antonio .
