I haven’t sued a doctor myself (although I definitely should have a few years ago when I almost died due to a severe medication I was put on by a neurologist who was supposed to closely monitor me), but that’s another story. After years debating if I should pursue a claim, I decided not to, but I still think I made the wrong choice. That doctor was negligent and went so far as to go out of the country for over a month after putting a new patient on a medication with sever and common side effects.
