The Fox was strolling through an orchid

Explanation:

On a hot summer day the Fox was thirsty and strolling through an orchid when he came across a bunch of grapes, ripened enough to harvest.

Since, he was thirsty and he tried to get some grapes to quench his thirst. He tried several times but did not succeed.

As it was hot, the fox became frustrated of trying. At last, instead of accepting his failure he said, "the grapes appeared to be juicy and ripe at first but now I realized that they are quite sour"
