Heya friend! ! There's a little correction here. The ghost told about her own life rather than hallock's life. .. The ghost says that in her former life she had been a writer but all her efforts were in vain since she could never write a book no matter how much she devoted her time towards it . She died a sad death, with a sense of unsatisfaction in her heart for her failure in being able to write a story. Hence she understands the grievances of writers pretty well and has opened a Writers' inspiration Bureau to aid writers with a free mind (ie. able to accept ideas )to write down their stories. She doesn't want the amateur writers to go through the sufferings she went through in her writing career and is thereby offering her regular support to the narrator to help him write his stories.
