What did the Government do to improve education?
Answers
Schemes such as Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Scheme provide free education, Mid- Day meal scheme provides food for the students. Poor people send their children to school as they are getting food in school. Scholarships are also provided to increase the interest of students.

Most of the rural government schools have lack of staffs who has to manage everything like mid day meals, cleanliness of toilets yes it's true in some schools a full time faculty has to clean toilets because of staff shortage.Apart from these the same person (teacher) has to do all clerical works. Now in a country like India where gurus are worshipped we treat him like this. Due to all these things the teacher who although recruited for job like teaching doent get ample of time to deliver. Yes there are some people who clears highly competitive exams like b.ed but when he see actual things his dream shatters. They can't do any thing against system.Still there are some people who delivers tremendously even working extra hours so that the students are satisfied.SALUTE to all of these kind of guru jees(mentor).
2.The other situation is many of teachers who actually don't have passion bust just prepared to get government job for security and some lucky ones who don't know anything got somehow either by reservations or some contacts jugaad or the temperory undeserving ones who somehow got permanent by raising voices in unions. Some are so pathetic that they can't even write spelling of an apple or know numbers (0 to 10).Now I really feel pity for students who have guru jees(mentor) like these.
Solutions:
1.The first and the foremost thing is it's my humble request to all the people who lack motivation to teach to stay away from teaching profession if you are jobless prepare for other exams but don't enter in teaching .This is not m.n.c project or clerical work where money is motivation. This is someone's career and ones has no right to play with it.
2. Digitalisation: We can't accommodate more than 50 in a class but what if we bring class to students .It can be very fruitful if we can connect good private school classrooms to remote rural schools by digital screen many who can't afford can gain immense.Surely government intervention needed.
3. Participation: Agian if we can tweak a little curriculum of premiere IITs and IIMs etc school if some course like teaching is added for some credits these students can do wonders.
