The island Glubbdubdribbians, has a Governor who raises ghost from dead for 24 hours.
But the Governor only raise a ghost once every three months but not the same guy.
Then Gulliver befriends with governor, so he offers Gulliver to raise any dead person with whom he wants to meet but only if Gulliver confines his question to the period this ghost was alive then he is really excited.
