The kings mobilize resources was which the king got from land revenue, trade taxes, taxes from the farmers and from the captured countries also.
They used these resources to improve the conditions of the roads as well as the transportation system, to buy weapons and necessary things for their army, to improve the agricultural condition and to improve their trading system. Sometimes they used it to built or repair buildings, temples and mosques. But their are few kings who used these resources only to fulfill their own wishes.
