Answer:

The mother seagull realised that her youngest bird was fearing to take his flight. Hence she decided that he needs to overcome this fear. Therefore she brought a price of fish close to the cliff where the young seagull sat, staring at his family. The mother reached it out to him, yet maintaing a gap to prevent him from catching his prey. The young seagull's mouth watered to see the food in his mother's beaks. He tried to reach it but he couldn't. On a last attempt he leapt to engulf his food from the beak, at the same time how mother took a step behind and the young seagull had to fly to maintain balance and prevent himself from falling. This situation created by the mother seagull had enabled her young seagull maiden to fly.
