It discriminated between the whites and the blacks. The blacks were generally not given political rights or use the public places where whites went. Due to this blacks led a miserable life. They were restricted from opportunities and had to work at whites' house. They were not allowed ro form political parties or hold meetings. All these were the policy of apartheid.
