The two boys did a lot of things to earn money.
They sold wild strawberries. They guided tourists throughout the city as a guide. They policed shoes. They use to sell newspapers at the bus stand. They helped the author in getting American ciggarates , seats for the opera and helped them in knowing the name of a good restaurant. They ran their errands. The two boys were very dependable.
