The white created such a system called apartheid by which the blacks(south African people) are saperated according to their race.In the 1st decade of the 20th century the apartheid system created one of the harshest and inhuman society the world has ever seen. During this time the whites totally diminished the power of the black. During this time no one could not be able to fulfill obligation to family or people. If anyone tried to fulfil their obligations, they were panished and isolated from their families and forced to live saperately. Thus the whites ruled the blacks.
