As you exercise, water is excreted from your body in the form of sweat, which leads to your body being dehydrated. If you don't replenish the fluid that is lost, the main effect that dehydration has on your teeth is decreased saliva production, or most commonly known as dry mouth. To avoid this you should provide adequate amount of water before, during and after the workout.

An intense or vigourous activity causes our body to sweat resulting in loss of water from our body.This causes dehydration. Dryness in mouth is a result of dehydration. Water must be supplied in adequate amounts so as ro prevent dehydration. Drink water. Stay hydrated.
